Acreation Models was created to provide quality model decals and kits and help fill an empty niche within the modeling community, and to offer less common models and props as kits for fans and modelers to build.

Customer Service and quality of product are both very important to us, and if you ever have a problem with one of our products, please contact us and we will do all that we can to remedy the problem.

We provide sales within the United States, and internationally. Shipping to destinations within the state of Washington require the charge of Washington State Sales Tax, all other states are exempt.

FAQ's

Q. What kind of decals are these?
A. Acreation Models produces waterslide decals, using high quality paper. You can apply our decals in the same way you would apply decals included with a model kit.

Q. How do you print your decals?
A. Acreation Models prints using a photo grade color laser printer.

Q. Can I get a custom name for my kit?
A. Yes, please refer to the Custom Decal page for instructions on how to contact us.

Q. Will you make aztec decals for [X] kit?
A. We make aztec decals for mass produced kits that we believe will sell. It is unlikely that we will produce a set for a resin kit, or a kit that is extremely rare and difficult to obtain. We purchase the kit ourselves to use to ensure fit of the decals so if we can't get one, then we won't make a set of decals for it.

Q. When will [X] Decals be available?
A. We will make every effort to keep the upcoming releases list on the website up to date, so if you do not see a decal set listed that you are looking for it does not mean it will not happen, but it is probably not in our immediate schedule to product it, or we just don't know when we'll get around to it yet. Once we've set a release month for a product it will be listed.

Q. My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
A. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you placed your order, please feel free to contact us. We will look into the matter. Occasionally we may have run out of stock and are busy printing new stock, or we may have run out of supplies and are delayed while we wait for more to be delivered but in either case we will get the decals out to you as soon as we can. In the case of International orders, sometimes shipping takes longer than the listed time from the United States Postal Service's website.

Q. Can I preorder [X] Decals?
A. Normally no, you cannot. Exceptions are for soon to be released resin and photoetch products which are about to be sent, or will very soon have an order sent to the fabrication company. No payment will be accepted until the product is received from the fabrication company and ready for shipping. Preorders are a committment to buy, however, and should not be signed up for if you do not intend to purchase it when it is available. Preorder signees will be contacted by email when the product is available with a link to pay.

Q. Will you email me to let me know when [X] Decals are available?
A. Thank you for your interest in our products, but we get this question so much that more than half our time would be spent letting people know when stuff is released or available for preorder. Please just check our website for the latest news if there is a product you are waiting for, or follow us on Facebook for annoucements. In general, our major releases are at the end of the month, rather than the beginning.
